Contribution Rules & Disclosures

By making a contribution, you certify that you are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, that this contribution is made from your own personal funds and not provided by another person or entity, that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, that you are not a federal contractor, and that you are using your own personal payment method and not a corporate or business account.

Contributions are not tax deductible.

Under Idaho law, an individual may contribute up to $1,000 per election. Contributions are designated first to the primary election; additional contributions may be designated to the general election.

Federal law requires the campaign to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
