Over 40 years of combined experience across county government, private-sector leadership, and large-scale property valuation, with a proven record of fair and accurate property assessments in Kootenai County.
Certified Mass Appraiser with extensive education in economics, mathematics, and property valuation, aligned with Idaho standards for uniformity, fairness, and accountability in county property assessment.
